外在改變，內在不變

時隔兩年之久的Denon推出了新作DMP-R70，縱長的機體與橫向狹長的螢幕配置，與前作DMP-R50如出一轍的整體似乎只是換殼新塗裝即了事。

採用了以水平向快速入 / 出光碟Slot In機構，實現One Touch滑順的光碟裝載體驗，不過Slot In需要較多的空間占比機身也較"厚實穩重"些。

充電池擁有REC 7 / Play 9.5的極長效也是年度最強的續航力。

貼心功能"Synchro REC"，錄音時偵測3秒以上音訊的有無而連動錄音的啟動 / 暫停，讓錄音編輯更為輕鬆簡便。Mono限定的2x 快速撥放可針對如漫長的會議錄音效率地確認內容。Time Auto Mark則可針對3 / 5 / 10min作定時標記。

採用分離式3.5mm耳機線控讓用家能任意搭配耳機使用。只是都來到'97年了，很遺憾地線控竟還不具備液晶螢幕...

另外，Denon官方"疑似"為其推出了擴充周邊DNMP-R70，將隨身聽裝載上後可連接RCA、XLR端子等成為專業錄音座。

而Denon自此也畫下了MD隨身聽的終點...

External Change・Internal Consistency

After two years, Denon has released a new model, the DMP-R70. The elongated body and the horizontally long screen configuration are almost identical to the previous model, the DMP-R50, making it seem like just a new shell and new paint job.

It features a horizontally quick insert/eject CD Slot In mechanism, providing a smooth one-touch CD loading experience. However, the Slot In requires more space, making the body thicker and sturdier.

The rechargeable battery boasts an impressive long life of REC 7 / Play 9.5 hours, the longest of the annual.

The thoughtful "Synchro REC" function detects audio presence for more than 3 seconds and synchronizes the recording start/pause, making recording and editing easier and more convenient. The 2x fast playback in mono mode allows efficient content verification for long meeting recordings. The Time Auto Mark function can set time marks at 3/5/10-minute intervals.

The use of a separate 3.5mm headphone remote control allows users to pair it with any headphones. However, in '97, it's disappointing that the remote control still doesn't have an LCD screen.

Additionally, Denon "allegedly" released an accessory DNMP-R70, which when attached to the portable player can connect to RCA, XLR terminals, and become a professional recording dock.

And with this, Denon also marked the end of the MD Walkman...
